Join the Campus IT Team as a Student IT Ambassador and play an important role in welcoming students and staff at the start of the academic year. You'll provide friendly, face-to-face support, helping users get connected to University IT services and ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.
Working alongside the IT Service Desk team, you'll be one of the first points of contact for common IT queries. You'll help resolve straightforward issues, provide guidance on University systems and services, and direct more complex problems to the appropriate IT support teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service, communication and digital skills while gaining valuable experience working in a professional IT environment.
