Copmanthorpe Primary School are seeking a highly organised, friendly and proactive School Administrator / Receptionist to join our busy school office team.
This is a key front-of-house role providing essential administrative, clerical and reception support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.
You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, playing an important part in creating a welcoming and professional school environment.
Main Duties
Provide admin and secretarial support to school staff and Headteacher
Act as first point of contact at reception, answering calls and welcoming visitors
Maintain records, attendance data and school information systems
Produce letters, documents and reports using IT systems
Assist with pupil welfare, first aid and school trips/events
