Part-Time Temporary Admin Support

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Temporary Admin Support role to join a This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting operational processes.

Location: Ossett

Salary: £26 – 28k

Contract: Temporary, Part-Time

Working Pattern: Flexible working days between Tuesday and Friday

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing administrative support to the Quality Management Team
  • Processing and updating information accurately within internal systems
  • Maintaining organised filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
  • Supporting quality processes and documentation control
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
  • Managing and Maintaining customer records

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
