Applicants must be well connected with final year students on campus, organised, and confident in talking to fellow students. As an Interviewer, your research will directly impact The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers careers guide for 2026-27, which is published free of charge to students across the UK; this guide helps students to find their first graduate employer via a comprehensive list of employer locations, roles, starting salaries and more.
