The role will involve supporting a young learner who has additional needs, namely an ADHD diagnosis, and requires 1:1 support throughut the school day. This will include support in the classroom with engagement and understanding whilst also being able to support the young learner with breaks outside of their learning. This may include walks on site, some time in a separate classroom, outdoor activities and other activites to keep the learner engaged.
