Principal Designer - CDM & Building Regulations
Location: Multiple Yorkshire Locations | Hybrid Working Available
An established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced and driven Principal Designer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong grounding in both CDM and Building Regulations to work across a varied and high-profile project portfolio, delivering compliance and advisory services to a wide-ranging client base.
The Role
You will take a leading role in providing both CDM Principal Designer services and Building Regulations compliance support across a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, defence and residential.
Working closely with clients, design teams and contractors, you will ensure that health, safety and regulatory obligations are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
