Looking for a part-time role that fits around university?

We’re looking for two Administrative Assistants to join our Student Groups team at Leeds University Union (LUU).

These are term-time only roles, making them particularly well suited to University of Leeds students looking to earn alongside their studies while gaining valuable professional experience.

LUU is a charity that helps over 38,000 students love their time at Leeds. What will you be doing?

You’ll help keep our Student Groups service running smoothly by:

• staffing the front desk of our Student Groups (Empower) office;

• responding to queries from student leaders;

• supporting the administration behind clubs and societies; and

• working alongside the wider Student Groups team to help students run great activities.

You don’t need previous experience of clubs and societies. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised, confident working with people and keen to develop their professional skills.
