Job Description
Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to ensure that the day-to-day office administration runs smoothly.
This role would be around 24 hours a week and they can be highly flexible on the days/hours.
Salary – £27-30,000 FTE based on experience which will be pro-rata'd.
Duties and
responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and invoices.
- Processing information accurately to match supplier quotes & bill customers correctly.
- Ensure invoices & statements are checked for accuracy.
- Scanning, filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
- Organise bi-annual conferences for customers.
- Ordering stationary and any other office supplies.
- Create customer templates.
- Dealing with Petty Cash.
- Planning the Christmas Party and company events.
- Any other ad hoc administrative requests.

- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to priorities tasks without supervision
- Trained in the use of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
