Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to ensure that the day-to-day office administration runs smoothly.

This role would be around 24 hours a week and they can be highly flexible on the days/hours. 

Salary – £27-30,000 FTE based on experience which will be pro-rata'd.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders and invoices.
  • Processing information accurately to match supplier quotes & bill customers correctly.
  • Ensure invoices & statements are checked for accuracy.
  • Scanning, filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
  • Organise bi-annual conferences for customers.
  • Ordering stationary and any other office supplies.
  • Create customer templates.
  • Dealing with Petty Cash.
  • Planning the Christmas Party and company events.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative requests.

  • Trained in the use of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
