As a Multi-Employer Brand Ambassador with Higherin Academy, you'll represent leading graduate employers on campus, helping students discover opportunities, events, and career pathways while gaining valuable experience in marketing, communications, and employer branding.

Campaigns are designed to fit around your studies, offering flexible working hours and hands-on experience with well-known employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote graduate opportunities, events, and competitions to fellow students

  • Create engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

  • Run promotional activities and pop-up stalls

  • Build relationships with student societies and campus communities

  • Encourage students to sign up for relevant opportunities and events

Previous Employer Campaigns

Past campaigns have included employers such as Clyde & Co, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Simmons & Simmons, UBS, and Police Now.

Requirements

  • Current student at a UK university

  • 2nd year, penultimate year, or final year student

  • Open to all degree disciplines

  • Active within societies, clubs, committees, sports teams, or student communities

  • Confident communicating with peers

  • Comfortable using social media platforms
