Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual needs and learning styles Support the implementation of personalised learning plans and targeted interventions Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using appropriate strategies Assist pupils in developing social, communication, and life skills Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress, behaviour, and well-being Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Act as a positive role model, building strong, trusting relationships with pupils Support with classroom organisation and general duties as required What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs) Understanding of EHCPs and individual support strategies Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a calm, consistent approach Ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children How to Apply: Email us at: for an informal chat, or apply by visiting
