Home Life Solutions is a family run cleaning business that has been operating in Leeds for 15 years

Our standards and service levels are impeccable - we do not accept less!

We have large contracts for cleaning student houses and therefore have a huge increase in work during the summer.

We are looking for new honest, reliable, hard-working staff to help us during these periods.

REFERENCES ARE ESSENTIAL. Please do not apply if these are unavailable.

EXPERIENCE of cleaning work is preferred but attitude is the most important quality.

DRIVING LICENSE and ACCESS TO A CAR is preferred but we also have positions for non-drivers who are of the right quality and able to use public transport and google maps

We will have this temporary work from around the 28th June until the 3rd July. We will then look to offer full or part time positions to any suitable candidates.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS ON THE DATES STATED BELOW. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO SO.

The compulsory days within this phase are Tuesday 30th June, Wednesday 1st July and Thursday 2nd July and Friday 3rd July.

The 30th June and 1st July will be the busiest 2 days of the summer as the students move out and in on those dates. You will be expected to work long hours on these days (12-16 hrs), along with having good availability for the other days stated (around 12 hours on 2nd and 3rd if required)

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK EVERY DAY BETWEEN THE 30th and 3rd. (You may not be required every day for long hours but you must be available)

This is a great opportunity to earn a lot of money in a short space of time. Ideal timing for students and those with weekly permit restrictions as wages paid monthly.

Candidates must be willing to travel reasonable distances. Candidates are expected to get to their first job and home from their last job. All of the work will be in the following postcodes – LS4 or LS6

Driving expenses will be paid for any mileage during the day within these areas.

For non-drivers you will be given fixed locations to meet each day. If you are required to move during the day we will move you.

We specialise in end of tenancy and student cleans. We will provide all cleaning materials and the necessary training to meet our high standards.

We use our own range of Organic cleaning products which are better for the user and the environment.

We pay well and we motivate with money. The wage is £13 - £14.25 per hour with bonuses for top performers.

All candidates start on £13 and can increase their hourly rate by 25p at a time up to a maximum of £14.25.

This increase will be based on performance, reliability, attitude and commitment.

The wage you finish on will be backdated for all hours.

You will be considered self-employed so we will not take any National Insurance or Tax from your total earning. It will be up to you to declare this at the end of the year should you earn more than the tax threshold which is currently £12570

There is an opportunity for full time employment for those who do well for Home Life Solutions. This will be servicing our professional end of tenancy contracts throughout the year. Each year we use this period as an opportunity to find new employees to grow our business.

Candidates able to handle the student period will be ideally placed to carry out work for our professional properties. We also have lots of team members come back each year just for summer work. (Each summer we usually have 3 months work)
