Job Description/Duties
Urban Dip Sauna offer a front of house role in their wellbeing facility.
Positioned in the centre of Leeds, we require a calm and confident individual, preferably with hospitality or fitness experience.
Timetables will be flexible, with weekend availability as a must. We require punctual individual that we can rely on for managing the space when owners are not around.
We are happy to train up the right individual, whose responsibilities will grow to include:
- welcoming customers at their allocated session time
- preparing hot and cold drinks and handling card payments
- creating a clean and welcoming environment in keeping with our brand values
- doing checks on sauna temperature, cold plunge temperatures, chlorine levels, debris removal.
The right individual must be prepared to open and close the facilities after a training period.
We can’t wait to welcome the right person to the team in our laid back yet environment that we have worked hard to build from scratch.
A new, independent sauna and cold plunge facility in Leeds. We’ve built urban dip to bring a calm, peaceful haven to the city centre where customers can relax, reenergise and recover through contrast therapy.
We are looking for front of house staff on flexible contracts (must be available weekends) to manage greeting customers, checking them in, providing refreshments and cleaning our space.
