Teaching Assistant Role – LS13 Leeds

As a Teaching Assistant in Leeds, you will support pupils with a variety of needs, including:

• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD and learning difficulties

You will play a key role in delivering inclusive education, helping students engage in learning, build confidence, and develop independence in line with the Leeds SEND local offer.

Key Responsibilities (TA Jobs Leeds):

• Provide 1:1 and small group support as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Support behaviour management and emotional regulation (SEMH support)
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and differentiated learning
• Implement targeted interventions to support pupil progress
• Build strong relationships to support pupil wellbeing and engagement
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies

Requirements for Teaching Assistant Jobs in LS13:
