Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Remote)

The Role

Residential Property Conveyancer | 3 years experience | Remote | £40,000-60,000

This is a superb opportunity to join a well established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of property clients, including investors, developers, and private individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of sales and purchase, buy-to-lets for multiple property owners, and landlords.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established individual to work fully remotely with a well thought of law firm.

The Candidate

• Residential property conveyancer / solicitor with at least 3 years experience
• Ability to handle a varied caseload of Residential property matters
• Manage your own caseload of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Experience with Case Management systems is preferred.
