The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Support preparation for strategic planning cycles and leadership meetings
• Conduct research and analysis across markets, performance, and internal data
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and governance documentation
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and reporting for key initiatives
• Track progress across strategic projects and highlight risks or delays
• Work cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are progressing effectively
• Support continuous improvement of planning and project processes

About You

• Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or similar - Essential
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Confident using Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proactive, curious, and genuinely interested in strategy and operations
• Able to work effectively with senior stakeholders
