Partner

We are seeking a dedicated Partner to join a professional services firm within general practice. The role is to own, manage and develop a portfolio of clients, whilst training junior to support.

Description

• Lead and oversee client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services
• Ability to grow and develop this portfolio
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Lead, mentor and develop a skilled team
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for service expansion

Profile

A successful Partner should have:

• ACA/ ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven track record in client management and team leadership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Commercially astute with a growth mindset
• Experience managing a portfolio of a similar size
• A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ambition to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm

Job Offer
