Green Bridge Community Housing is seeking a highly organised and proactive Housing Administrator to join our team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally within a housing, property, or lettings environment, who is looking to develop their career within a growing organisation.
This role plays an important part in supporting our housing operations, ensuring repairs are managed efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between landlords, contractors, and internal teams.
The position will initially be part-time (25 hours per week), with the expectation that it will increase to full-time as the service continues to expand. We are therefore looking for someone who is able to grow with the role long-term.
Logging and managing repair requests following property inspections
Liaising with landlords and contractors to arrange and coordinate repairs
Updating and maintaining internal systems, including Airtable and internal communication platforms
Managing repair tickets and ensuring timely completion
Supporting the coordination of property maintenance and contractor schedules
Managing shared inboxes and responding to general housing enquiries
Handling incoming calls and responding to repair-related queries professionally
Managing and logging property key ordering systems, including master key tracking
Supporting the implementation and monitoring of repair pricing structures
Providing general administrative support to the housing and property management team

Essential:
Previous administrative experience
Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to reliably commute to Leeds
Proven employment history with satisfactory references
