Main Duties and Objectives

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in building brand awareness and maintaining our digital presence, following Regal Interiors brand guidelines at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

·       The main part of this role will be creating content and marketing assets for social media and other platforms

·       Keeping our website up to date with fresh content

·       Designing and sending email newsletters

·       Creating adverts for local publications and magazines, liaising with magazines design teams as needed

·       Responding to customer reviews on Google and Which Trusted Traders

·       Ensuring showroom point of sale displays are always fresh and up to date

Person Specification - Essential Criteria

●      A current university of Leeds student looking to undertake a part time, term time opportunity.

●      Creativity: Ability to generate ideas for content, campaigns, and visual assets

●      Digital skills: Comfortable with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite is a bonus), and website updates.

●      Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication for social media posts & newsletters.

●      Organisation & attention to detail: Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.

●      Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and happy to ask for guidance when needed

●      Customer focus: Polite, professional and able to respond to online reviews or client enquiries.
