JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES

Joblink are delighted to be supporting First Direct Bank Arena in looking for an experienced Pass Supervisor to join the team and help deliver exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading a team on the restaurant floor.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on delivering outstanding customer service throughout every shift
  • Distributing food tickets
  • Ensure the restaurant, tables, and service areas are fully set up and presentable
  • Supervise, support, and motivate a team of waiting staff
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure consistency across the team
  • Serve customers directly when required, acting as a role model for excellent service
  • Managing various dietary requirements

Requirements

  • Previous waiting experience at a supervisory level is essential
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
  • A positive, proactive, customer‑focused attitude
  • A mature approach to problem solving

Where, when and pay?

  • The role will be based at Leeds First Direct Bank Arena, in the Black and White Restaurant.
  • Part-time, flexible hours based on availability and business needs.
  • Start date: First shift will take place towards the end of January 2026, with training to be completed prior.
  • End date: Ongoing
  • Pay: £13.50 per hour
