Weekends and Bank Holidays, some evenings

Homegrown Hospitality is a family run business that has been providing outstanding catering for weddings and 
events across Yorkshire since 2013. 

We are recruiting Front of House Team Members to help deliver exceptional customer service during 
weddings, corporate and private events by providing efficient food and beverage service, maintaining high 
standards of presentation and ensuring guest satisfaction. 

Event Service
• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages according to event schedules and service standards.
• Assist with setting up banqueting rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and 
decorations.
• Clear tables and reset them as required throughout the event.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth service flow during courses.


Customer Care
• Attend to guest needs promptly and politely.
• Handle guest enquiries and issues with professionalism, referring to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain a high level of awareness of dietary requirements and special requests.


Operational Duties
• Assist with the preparation and breakdown of Kitchens, buffet stations, bars, and service areas.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of service.
• Comply with health & safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Experience & Requirements
• Previous hospitality or banquet service experience preferred but not essential.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge (training may be provided).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different event styles.
• a full driving license helpful but not essential
