Job Description About the Role We’re looking for someone to help us turn proven Strengthify work into new organisational opportunities across the NHS, Higher Education and wider public sector. This is a new business role, but not a high-volume or transactional sales role. At Strengthify, we help leaders, managers and teams strengthen how they work together in real organisational environments - particularly during pressure and change. Our work combines practical strengths-based development, facilitated workshops and programmes, and Strengthify Engage - our digital platform designed to help new ways of working become visible, usable and embedded over time. We’re now looking for someone who can help us take what is already working and bring it to more organisations, regions, services and decision-makers.
