Purpose of the Role
To take care of all needs of Sid who is 15 years old. Sid has Cerebral Palsy, Learning Difficulties, Sensory Processing Disorder and Autism. The role is to enable his parents to have respite on a weekend (start times are negotiable between employer and employee to allow a good work life balance for the PA).
He will need assisting with his personal hygiene he is toilet trained but needs assistance and chooses to wear pull ups more out of comfort rather than need. He needs encouraging to wash his hands and also encouraging him to use the toilet.
