JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES
Joblink are thrilled to be working with the University of Leeds Conference and Events Department. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work as Switchboard Assistants, providing excellent customer service and support to students staff and visitors to campus.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all internal/external calls and redirect appropriately.
Ensure switchboard is staffed at all times, liaise with team to cover for breaks, holidays and absences
Advise Conference & Events Manager, Operation of corrections and amendments required for Siemens Switchboard
Maintain records of connect calls
